Ways of working together
Making your practice your own
Reclaim agency over your whole health.
We live in a world that is faster, noisier, more demanding and more uncertain than ever. And whilst we may have normalised it, our nervous systems haven't.
The cumulative effect shows up differently for each of us: anxiety, fatigue, broken sleep, low immunity, headaches, burnout, a quiet sense of running on empty. This is psychosocial stress, and it is making us sick and tired.
By building a practice of tuning inward and learning to tend to our needs moment to moment, we can reclaim our whole health. Not by becoming something different, but by returning to ourselves.
Home Practice is your practice.
Because you are more than just the body you see in the mirror, you are also the layers underneath - your energy, your headspace or emotional life, your ability to tune inwards, to be present, your capacity for joy. And honestly, the best person to decide how you're feeling today and which practice to choose, is you.

Home Practice is built around this unique framework.
Yoga philosophy sees us as whole, recognising five distinct layers or aspects of self: our physical body, our breath, our mind, our inner wisdom, and that part of us that experiences pure joy.
These layers or bodies are called the Pancha Maya Koshas, and if we want to live full healthy lives we really need to be tending to all five. Because stress doesn't just affect the mind - it shows up as tension in the body, disrupts the breath, clouds our judgement, and dims our sense of joy. Tend to one layer, and the benefits ripple through all the others.
In a world that has long treated these things as separate systems, Home Practice brings them back together with a whole-health approach that meets you where you are day to day - not just for when things go wrong, but as a way of life.
