What is Rested & Resourced?

Rested & Resourced is an online course combining self-paced recorded content with live online group sessions and practices.

This is for you if you're feeling:  tired, anxious, foggy, unmotivated, unable to focus, irritable, brittle, on edge, angry, disconnected or alone.

It applies a scientific, philosophical and experiential view of how yoga therapy and related practices can support you in preventing and recovering from stress, burnout and fatigue.
